Besides transport solutions in the single wagon, block train and intermodal segments, DB Cargo in Denmark also offers storage and transhipment activities at two centrally located terminals in Taulov and Høje Taastrup and 13 railports and stations in Denmark.

DB Cargo Danmark Services A/S is the Danish sales company responsible for the sale of rail solutions to and from Denmark and in Denmark. The company was founded in 2009 and is 100% owned by Deutsche Bahn AG.
DB Cargo Scandinavia A/S is the production company in the Danish part of Europe's largest rail freight carrier. The company was established in 2009 and is owned by Deutsche Bahn AG (51% ownership) and the Swedish company Green Cargo (49%). The primary activities are conducted on the main Hamburg – Malmø corridor and on routes between the 13 railports and stations in Denmark.
DB Cargo Scandinavia employs more than 200 people in Denmark. Around 80% of these are locomotive drivers and station personnel.
