Tanja Fuchs studied law in Trier and joined DB Cargo in March 2023 as Head of HR Business Partner Production, Germany and Corridors after holding senior positions in HR Management and Labor Relations at Lufthansa Group.

Most recently, as Head of HR Business Partner Rail Logistics, she was responsible for the international and national operational HR management of DB Cargo AG and its European and German subsidiaries.

Tanja Fuchs has managed the negotiation and implementation of all HR topics regarding DB Cargo’s Transformation since the beginning. Since 01.05.2025, she has been Board Member for Human Resources and Labor Director of DB Cargo.
