Here you can find the English translation of the "General Terms and Conditions" (GTC), the "Standard Rates and other Provisions" and the "Service Catalogue" of DB Cargo AG.
Notice:
In an interim decree dated 24 November 2025, the Swiss Federal Administrative Court provisionally suspended the decree of the Swiss Federal Office of Transport (FOT) dated 23 October 2025. The FOT decree is therefore currently suspended. The following clauses and regulations are therefore not applicable for the time being:
- General Terms and Conditions, Section 5.5 Wagons provided by the customer (p. 5)
- General Terms and Conditions, Section 9 Special right of cancellation (p. 8)
- Standard Rates and other Provisions, Section 3.8 Switzerland Transports (p. 10)
We will provide further information on the progress of the proceedings and the effects on the above-mentioned clauses.
