Article: TFG Transfracht launches E-Services+
Greater transparency, streamlined processes and significantly simpler operation: with the new E-Services+, TFG Transfracht is taking digital transport processing to a new level. The new platform will be available to customers from 20 July 2026, bringing together key functions for planning, booking and shipment tracking in a modern application.
Particularly noteworthy: the solution was developed entirely in-house. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf software, TFG Transfracht designed and implemented E-Services+ in collaboration with selected customers, based on specific requirements drawn from day-to-day practice. The result is a system specifically tailored to the needs of shippers, freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
New features for more efficient transport processing
At the heart of the system is a redesigned booking centre. Simplified input forms, integrated validation functions and templates for recurring shipments ensure faster and more convenient order entry. An integrated booking archive also allows for easy tracking of orders that have already been entered.
The enhanced track-and-trace function ensures greater transparency throughout the supply chain. Customers receive detailed status information about their rail and road shipments and can track the progress of their shipments at any time. This is complemented by customisable transport notifications that provide exactly the information required for managing each specific shipment.
Greater planning reliability through intelligent networking
A further advantage is the direct link between timetable information and available capacity. Customers can see which departures are currently available whilst they are still in the booking process and can optimise their transport planning accordingly. In this way, the platform supports faster decision-making and increases planning reliability.
TFG Transfracht also adheres to high standards in terms of security and data protection. The high-performance system architecture provides a solid foundation for the secure handling of sensitive customer data, whilst also laying the groundwork for the platform’s ongoing development.
A customer-friendly transition was deliberately chosen for the changeover. The existing e-services will remain available in parallel until 15 August 2026. During this transition phase, bookings and information will be automatically synchronised between the two systems, ensuring that ongoing processes can continue without interruption.
With E-Services+, TFG Transfracht is strengthening digital customer interaction and creating a future-proof platform for combined transport. The new solution combines efficiency, transparency and user-friendliness, offering customers centralised access to all key information relating to their shipments.
