Article: Tanja Fuchs becomes new Head of Human Resources at DB Cargo
Tanja Fuchs is the new Head of Human Resources at DB Cargo - she will assume overall responsibility for the Human Resources and Legal Affairs Board Division from May 2025.
Tanja Fuchs will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director at DB Cargo AG on May 1, 2025. As a lawyer with extensive experience in the areas of HR management, labor law and working with co-determination bodies, she has the best qualifications to make the company fit for the future in these challenging times.

Tanja Fuchs has been with DB Cargo since March 2023. Most recently, as Head of HR Business Partner Rail Logistics, she was responsible for international and national operational HR management for DB Cargo AG and its European and German subsidiaries. Prior to this, she held senior HR positions within the Lufthansa Group.
