    The 2022 Diversity Week, held under the motto "Uniquely different: Together for Diversity", promoted a culture of equal opportunities, appreciation for others and open-minded engagement, trust and respect. DB Cargo got involved with the DB-wide event through the "You Have the word! #Strong Allies" campaign.  

    Dialogue among equals 

    Diversity is the guiding principle of today's workplace culture at DB Cargo. The company embraces the diverse genders, generations, ethnic and social backgrounds, religions and sexual orientations of the people who work for it. "Events like Diversity Week are needed to fully unlock the benefits of diversity and create synergies," said Michael Fritz, Member of the Management Board for Human Resources at DB Cargo AG. 

    Diversity and tolerance affect us all

    Speaking at two events with managers from other DB business units and guests from DB Cargo, Fritz said, "Diversity and tolerance are strongly anchored in our company and our working environment. Diversity Week and its message is important to us all."
